Power Step has now introduced a service exchange program allowing a quick turn around during major shutdowns on production machines. This allows an Access System to be replaced or exchanged rapidly, with very little site work. Essentially, it optimizes machine availability. 

Case Study: Elevating Platform System for Tracked Dozers was designed to provide a safe access to the operators cab.

The inclusion of a ladder, walkways and handrails was later added to the origional design to allow service personnel to walk around the cab and service machine.

• Power Step specifically designed a ladder and walkway system adaptable to all makes and models of large Caterpillar and Komatsu dozer models. The Elevating Platform design was retained as an alternative.
